Privacy Policy

This page describes the product’s current data handling. Business-owner and jurisdiction-specific legal review is still required before launch.

Information you provide

ZEYVUNE processes account details, profile preferences, messages, check-ins, and photos you submit for analysis. The current application sends photo bytes directly to the configured AI provider for the requested scan and does not save the original photo to the ZEYVUNE database. Structured scan results are saved to your account.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate your account, provide scans and assistant responses, maintain your roadmap, enforce access limits, process payments, prevent abuse, and operate the service.

Service providers

AI requests are sent from the backend to the configured Google Gemini service. Payments are processed by the configured Paddle environment. Hosting and database providers will also process data as required to operate the service. Their final production regions and contractual terms must be reviewed by the owner.

Security and retention

Passwords are stored as BCrypt hashes. Authentication cookies are HttpOnly and production cookies require HTTPS. Payment card details are not handled by ZEYVUNE servers. Scan history and roadmap data remain until an account-deletion process is completed.

Your choices

You may keep your profile private, stop submitting new content, cancel a subscription through the configured billing flow, or request account support. Optional social participation is not required.
